VMI Office of Communications & Marketing has negotiated best rates with DC101, Washington, DC’s most listened to classic rock station and Washington’s radio leader for more than 30 years to reach our potential target audience of high school age prospects in Northern Virginia with a series of VMI commercial spot announcements. VMI Office of Communications & Marketing Summer Partnering Campaign. Communications and Marketing is launching a summer VMI ad campaign as part of its marketing effort which consists of outdoor advertising signs on I-64 near Richmond airport and Newport News, mall kiosks in five Virginia malls, radio commercial spot announcements, and VMI screen ads in four Virginia theaters (Valley View Cinema, Roanoke VA; Harbor View Grande, Suffolk, VA; Kingstowne Town Center, Alexandria, VA; and Commonwealth 20, Richmond, VA) Beginning 12 May and running for three months, the first in the series, VMI Screen Ads will be showing in the following theaters on every screen and prior to every movie. A total of 68 screens will feature the VMI ad with the potential of reaching nearly a million patrons in a period of three months, all in time for the summer blockbusters.
