It was about as exciting and fast paced a game as I've seen in a looooonnnng time. It was a gratifying specticle (to borrow a phrase) It made up for the mid 70s when I was overseas and didn't get to see the Keydets on their way to a elite 8 spot. For those of you who enjoy Pat Conroy's writing, I recommend you read "My Losing Season", which chronicles his year as a senior basketball play at the Citadel (our Rat year)....it's almost like we're back in the pit, watching.
